PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk Strengthens Its Position in the Diagnostics and Healthcare Services Sector in Indonesia

JAKARTA, July 9, 2026 — PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (PRDL) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PRDL is optimistic that it can capitalize on the IPO momentum to expand its business reach, increase operational capacity, and strengthen its contribution to the development of the national medical device industry. PRDL is offering 522.9 million new shares, equivalent to 30% of its issued and fully paid-up capital after the IPO, at a final price of Rp120 per share.
Proline currently has more than 1,083 active product SKUs, reaching 38 provinces and 370 regencies/cities, and is used by over 7,600 customers in Indonesia. This network includes approximately 7,000 community health centers (Puskesmas), 300 hospitals, 317 district/city health offices, and dozens of other healthcare institutions. PRDL's core product lines also have a Domestic Component Level (TKDN) above 70%, strengthening the company's product competitiveness amidst the growing demand for national medical devices and the dominance of foreign products.
In terms of performance, PRDL also demonstrated a solid recovery ahead of its IPO. Throughout 2025, the Company posted revenue of IDR 74.4 billion, a 27% increase compared to the previous year. Net profit grew 70.7% to IDR 16.9 billion, while EBITDA increased 66.9% to IDR 29.2 billion, reflecting strengthening profitability and operational efficiency.
Amidst fluctuating market conditions, the Company remains optimistic about its long-term business prospects. In terms of valuation, the submitted prospectus refers to the audited 2025 financial statements. With this final price, PRDL offers a FY2025 price-to-earnings ratio of 8.61x, which is considered very competitive compared to other issuers in the healthcare sector, especially considering the Company's continued positive performance growth trend.
