This time, Kontak Prodia proved its excellence at the global level by being named “The BEST Contact Center in the World 2023” in the mid-size outsourcing category, earning the GOLD ranking. Successfully outperforming numerous multinational companies, this achievement further reinforces Prodia’s position as a healthcare service provider that prioritizes customer satisfaction and comfort (customer-centric) in every aspect of its services.

Kontak Prodia’s excellence in customer service practices and contact center operations marked a proud achievement at the end of 2023. The award was received by Saskia Yuslianah Kusumah, Contact Center Manager, at The 18th Next Generation Contact Center & CX Best Practices event held in Lisbon, Portugal (17/11).
