To Improve Occupational Health and Safety Standards, PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (PRDL) Holds Emergency Response Simulations for Disasters and Fires

CIKARANG, August 20, 2026 – PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (Proline) reaffirmed its commitment to implementing an Occupational Safety and Health (K3) culture through an Earthquake and Fire Mitigation Emergency Response Simulation Training. This activity supports the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), particularly in the aspects of responsibility for worker safety, compliance with K3 regulations, and strengthening the operational risk management system.

The intensive training, held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. WIB (Western Indonesian Time), was held at the company's production facility in Cikarang, in collaboration with professional instructors from the Bekasi City Fire and Rescue Department (DISDAMKARMAT). This training was mandatory for all employees across all divisions to ensure comprehensive preparedness for potential workplace emergencies.

The series of activities began with a theoretical briefing on emergency management and first aid. Participants were briefed on the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) sequence, fracture management, stretcher evacuation techniques, and self-rescue procedures during a riot.

In addition to first aid, participants were also provided with earthquake disaster mitigation materials as well as technical understanding of the Fire Triangle theory and an introduction to the types of Light Fire Extinguishers (APAR).

In the afternoon session, all employees participated directly in field simulation exercises. Under the supervision of a team of experts from the Disaster and Rescue Department (DISDAMKARMAT), employees practiced handling small fires and simulated live fire extinguishing using fire extinguishers (APAR) in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Through these periodic simulations, Proline strives to create a safe, responsive, high-standard work environment, and is able to maintain the principle of zero accidents in all its operational areas.
