Job Descriptions
Assist daily IT support for end users (hardware, software, printer, email, and applications).
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and basic server issues.
Support and monitor network (LAN, WiFi, internet).
Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, software, and company website (basic).
Handle basic application issues and user complaints.
Assist in monitoring servers and handling downtime.
Support basic database checking.
Coordinate with vendors or internal teams when needed.
Document incidents, solutions, and IT activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge of IT Helpdesk & IT Support.
- Basic understanding of networking and Windows OS.
- Basic understanding of software, database (SQL is a plus), and simple scripting.
- Familiar with basic web or programming languages (PHP, Python, C#, Java, etc.) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of hosting or VPS is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
